3. Booking and Payments

All travel bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

3.1 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings. Full payment is typically required 60 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change until full payment is received due to factors beyond our control including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and supplier price changes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure may receive a partial refund, minus non-refundable deposits and fees.
• Cancellations within 60 days of departure typically receive no refund.
• Some suppliers may offer credit for future travel in lieu of refunds.

Nolearta Travel Agency's service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your itinerary.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. We will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied entry or travel interruptions due to improper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can assist with insurance purchases but the choice and coverage are your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nolearta Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting therefrom.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, war, pandemics, strikes, or supplier failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and images is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy
